Additional Details
A minimum 25% deposit is required for booking. Pay in 4 installments, 50% Down, or Pay in Full options are available.
You have the flexibility to upgrade your order at any time, up to 30 days before your wedding. Please note that full payment for upgrades may be required at the time of the change. Depending on the timing, you can either spread the cost across your remaining payments or pay for the upgrade upfront, while keeping your original payment schedule intact.
Travel Fees
For events located more than 50 miles from a team member’s home base, a travel fee of $2 per mile (each way) will apply.
For example: An event 100 miles away would incur a $200 travel fee.
First-Year DJs, Experienced Pro DJs and our videography team typically stay within a 75-mile radius.
DJ Topedo is available for weddings worldwide!
Our standard travel fee structure applies up to 250 miles. For events beyond 250 miles or outside the continental U.S., we’ll provide a custom quote based on the specifics of your event. Additional costs such as airfare, lodging, or equipment rental may apply — but we’re always happy to work with you to find the best solution.
Please note: Travel fees are calculated per team — for example, a DJ team, videography team, photobooth team, or add-ons team (if applicable). Each team travels independently based on their location, which is why fees may vary.
DJ Topedo maintains a deliberately restricted annual portfolio, accommodating a limited number of weddings per calendar year. This strategic decision is in place to uphold exceptional quality for each wedding celebration.
Experienced pro DJs are limited to 2 weddings per weekend max. First Year DJs are limited to 1 wedding per weekend max. Experienced pro videographers are limited to 2 weddings per weekend max (4 films per month max to maintain high quality).
Clients interested in booking DJ Topedo over holidays and holiday weekends must reach a $6000 minimum (Live musicians not included)
